Stock Availability:
We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website. However, in rare cases, there may be discrepancies. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will ship the available products and contact you regarding the back-ordered item. You may choose to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs include both forward and reverse shipping for exchanges or returns.
  • A deduction of ₹150 will apply for reverse transit in case of returns.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

ARFOX Clothing accepts returns for size issues, defects, or damages. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact, and in resalable condition.
  • Refunds will be processed to your bank account after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Please note that the shipping fee of ₹150 is non-refundable.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Our warehouse operates Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. In such cases, we will work to minimize delays.


Change of Delivery Address

You may request a change of delivery address anytime before the order is dispatched.


Delivery Details

P.O. Box Shipping:
We deliver to P.O. box addresses via postal services only. Courier services are unavailable for these addresses.

Military Address Shipping:
We can ship to military addresses using postal services. Courier services are unavailable for such deliveries.


Items Out of Stock

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you. The out-of-stock item will be canceled, and the corresponding amount refunded.


Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery takes longer than the forecasted time, please contact us for assistance.


Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the shipment's progress.


Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel arrives damaged:

  • Reject it upon delivery and notify our customer support team immediately.
  • If the parcel was delivered in your absence, contact us promptly for further assistance.

Duties & Taxes

Order Cancellations

  • For lost parcels, refunds or replacements will be issued once the courier confirms the loss.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the courier will return the shipment to us. Please ensure your availability during the expected delivery period.
