Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Defective or damaged items.
- Change in size, color, or product.
- Items must be:
- New, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- In original packaging with all tags intact.

Process for Exchange:
- First-time exchanges are free per order. For additional exchanges, customers must self-ship the product to our designated address.
- Exchanges for a lower-value item will result in a refund of the balance to the original payment method.
- Exchanges for a higher-value item will require payment of the price difference via a payment link.
- A clear image of the product with visible tags must be uploaded during the exchange request.
- If reverse pick-up is unavailable for your location, you must courier the product to our address at your own cost (shipping charges are non-refundable).

- A single deduction of ₹150 will apply for reverse pick-up in case of returns. For separate return requests for multiple items, the deduction applies to each request.
- Products purchased during combo offers or promotional discounts are eligible for exchange but not for return.
- A clear image of the product with visible tags must be uploaded during the return request.
- If reverse pick-up is unavailable for your location, you must courier the product to our address at your own cost (shipping charges are non-refundable).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Upload a clear image of the product showing its tags, packaging, and condition.
- Requests will be verified within 24-48 hours, and a reverse pick-up will be scheduled upon approval.

Reverse Pick-Up and Refund Process

Reverse Pick-Up:
- Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 3-4 business days.
- The product will reach our warehouse within 4-7 business days, and quality checks will be completed in 3 business days.

Refunds:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 days.
- COD Orders: Refunds will be initiated via a payment link. Customers must provide their details to receive the refund.
- Refunds may take 4-7 business days to reflect in your account after being initiated.
Important Guidelines
- Ensure the product is folded neatly, with tags attached, and packed in the original or a plastic cover.
- Clearly write or attach your order number on the package. Missing order numbers may cause delays in processing.
- ARFOX Clothing is not responsible for lost or untrackable packages due to missing order numbers.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn't been received within the stated timeframe:

- Contact your bank to confirm any pending transactions.
